LESA offers a great course every year called “The Top 10+ Things Every Lawyer Should Know”.  Each year they invite a panel of lawyers with expertise in different areas to help give lawyers a baseline understanding of areas of law in which they don’t necessarily practice.  It’s a great way to round out your expertise.

This year, LESA has invited me to participate, and to present the top 10 things every lawyer should know about technology!  I’m looking forward to it.  If you have any suggestions, or if you’re going to be there and you have any requests, let me know.  The conference is happening on April 13 in Edmonton and April 27 in Calgary, and is a full day.

Check out the brochure for more details. In addition to technology, you’ll learn about criminal, employment, corporate, estates, and family law.
